At Stage Heels, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all South African orders — no minimum required!
We strive to make your shopping experience smooth, efficient, and worry-free from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your delivery address.

Note: During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times by Region

Shipping times vary based on your location and local delivery services. The estimates below reflect average delivery time after your order is dispatched:

  • South Africa: 3–5 business days

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 8–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note: customs delays, local holidays, and other regional factors may impact these timeframes.


Order Accuracy & Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or order cancellation.

If our system flags an issue with your shipping address:

  • You’ll be contacted via email within 3 business days.

  • If we don’t receive a response, your order may be automatically cancelled.

If you need to make a correction:
Email us at info@stageheels.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after that window.


Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver every order promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier or customs holdups

  • Severe weather or natural disruptions

  • Address issues or payment delays

We will always notify you of any issues and work with our courier partners to resolve them quickly.

Note: Stage Heels cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for courier-related delays.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how stressful a lost or stolen package can be. Once your order has been transferred to the courier, it is no longer within our direct control.

If your package goes missing:

  • Contact info@stageheels.com immediately.

  • Reach out to the courier directly to file a lost/stolen claim.

We’ll assist in the process and provide updates where possible.

Please note:

  • Lost/stolen packages fall outside our refund policy.

  • In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement within 30 days, depending on the circumstances.

  • You may also be advised to file a police report if theft is suspected.
